Preparation
Our team arrives with everything needed to stage and photograph your items professionally. While we carefully organize and capture high-quality photos (either at your home or off-site), we immediately start promoting your sale across targeted estate-sale channels to reach the perfect buyers
In-Home Estate Sale: We need 7–10 days to expertly prepare your home, followed by a 2–3 day sale event.
Online Auction: A fast-paced 7-day auction that closes on a Wednesday or Thursday, with winner pickup scheduled that weekend at your home. We’re on-site to handle every pickup—you don’t need to be there!

Final Wrap-Up
In most estate sales and auctions, nearly everything sells! Any unsold items will be discussed during our initial consultation—you can keep them, donate them, or we’ll connect you with trusted clean-out services.
You’ll receive your check (along with clear, detailed accounting) within one week of the sale’s completion.
